Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to oversee warehouse operations, manage a team of employees who receive, handle, store, and dispatch products, systems, and services to customers. Each day, you will establish or adjust work procedures to meet warehouse demands as per production schedules and workflow. You will also showcase your expertise by developing and maintaining departmental work instructions for all tasks.

The work model for the role is: #LI-Onsite

This role is contributing to the Electrification team in Juarez, MX.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Overseeing logistics of receiving, warehousing and dispatch operations.
• Maintaining computerized administration, stock inventory and retrieval systems.
• Enforcing health standards, safety and security procedures.
• Ability of building teams, training employees and monitoring performance.
• Enforcing company rules and regulations, health standards, safety and security procedures.

Qualifications for the role:

• Bachelor´s Degree in Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience working as a Warehouse Team Leader.
• Skilled in Microsoft Excel and SAP.
• Solid knowledge of IMMEX & CITIPAT programs.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control systems and 3PL methodology.
• Fluent in English.
• Demonstrates effective communication, conflict resolution, and teamwork skills to drive collaboration and achieve business objectives.
