Process Engineering - Specialist

Qualifications

• Graduated in Industrial Engineering (Main), Mechatronics Engineer, or Mechanical Engineer Administrator
• Master’s degree is a plus
• Advanced English proficiency
• More than 1 year of experience in similar positions
• Proficiency in Office Tools (Excel, Visio) and Statistical Software (Minitab, Matlab)
• Knowledge of vision‑system logic at mass production lines
• Statistical analysis control of manufacturing processes
• Measurement gauges to confirm product quality (linear gauge, micrometer, microscope)
• Knowledge of offset adjustment of mass production equipment (safety window concept)

Mission of the Position

Engineer will be responsible for the introduction of new products, covering both planning and implementation stages according to the annual plan. The engineer will establish a process design that meets quality, cost, and delivery requirements, and will work on improving mass‑production lines through detailed KPI analysis and implementation. Key to success is a collaborative mindset with all departments at DENSO to secure agreement and achieve expected results.

Responsibilities

• New product preparation control: process design, budget control (expenses and investment), capability confirmation of product, and customer approval.
• Mass production analysis and countermeasures for process improvement to achieve OEE targets.
• Team work and collaboration with the DENSO core team and external plants in the USA and Japan.
• Clear development of internal documents (Process Flow Chart, AMEF, Process Control Sheet) to support customer satisfaction and IATF process audit compliance.
