UX Visual Designer – PayPal

As a leader in fintech, PayPal is democratizing financial services for customers worldwide. This role focuses on visual design across web, desktop, and mobile products, ensuring usability, brand consistency, and emotional engagement.

Responsibilities

• Create Figma visual design assets for PayPal products around the world.
• Gather information and materials to prepare design work.
• Generate clear ideas, concepts, and designs from concept through completion.
• Collaborate with other designers to maintain a consistent, integrated brand perception and user experience.
• Work cross‑functionally with engineers, product managers, and content writers.
• Translate business requirements, user needs, and technical constraints into visually appealing, easy‑to‑use designs.
• Stay current on the latest standards, changes, and trends in visual design.
• Interpret storyboards to convey visual stories supporting learning.
• Prepare assets in post‑production for development teams.
• Create motion design assets for US animations translated to international markets.

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional experience designing web, desktop, and mobile visual design experiences.
• High level of visual design craft.
• Well‑organized, responsible, and dedicated, able to manage tasks on time.
• Self‑learning ability to quickly master new tools and thrive in a fast‑evolving environment.
• Expert‑level skills in Figma, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in graphic design.
• Motion design skills in Figma prototyping and Adobe After Effects or Principle.
