Customer Support Specialist - Remote (Mexico)

We’re Hiring: Customer Support Specialist

A global manufacturing company is looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join its Commercial team and support international sales operations across South America.

This role is ideal for a customer-focused and detail-oriented professional who enjoys working in a dynamic international environment, managing customer relationships, sales support activities, and global logistics coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage customer quotations and purchase orders.
• Support sales opportunities in collaboration with the commercial team.
• Coordinate international shipment documentation, including:
• Commercial invoices
• Packing lists
• Bills of Lading (BOLs)
• Certificates of Origin
• Work closely with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and carriers to support import/export activities.
• Ensure documentation accuracy and compliance with international trade requirements.
• Track shipments and proactively address potential delays or issues.
• Provide excellent support to customers and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in customer service, inside sales, sales support, or related commercial roles.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (Portuguese is a plus).
• Experience with international trade documentation and logistics processes.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with global teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
