Job Title: Service Implementation Manager

Lead the implementation of Radiology Informatics solutions in Mexico, ensuring on‑time, high‑quality project delivery, strong customer relationships, and effective leadership of a multidisciplinary implementation team.

Role Overview

This role will have a direct impact on implementation excellence in Mexico by driving high‑quality project execution, supporting customer satisfaction, strengthening delivery governance, and contributing to business performance in a strategic market.

You will lead a multidisciplinary implementation team and work closely with customers, sales, service, and regional stakeholders to ensure successful go‑lives, strong execution discipline, and trusted customer relationships. You will also help create structure, clarity, and a strong team environment while supporting performance, accountability, and collaboration. This is an opportunity to take on a high‑visibility leadership role with meaningful exposure across the business, shape team effectiveness, elevate implementation standards, and further develop your people leadership, customer management, and strategic execution capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead implementation of Radiology Informatics solutions in Mexico, ensuring on‑time, high‑quality delivery.
• Manage a multidisciplinary implementation team; coordinate with customers, sales, service, and regional stakeholders.
• Ensure successful go‑lives, maintain strong execution discipline, and build trustable customer relationships.
• Create clear structure, enable a strong team environment, and support performance, accountability, and collaboration.
• Strengthen delivery governance and contribute to business performance in a strategic market.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in implementation, service delivery, program or project management, ideally in healthcare technology, imaging informatics, RIS/PACS, or a comparable technical environment.
• Proven people leadership and customer relationship management experience.
• Strong project management and execution skills with technical credibility for systems, infrastructure, and complex implementation topics.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Health Science, Business, Delivery, Engineering, or a related field.
• Project Management certification such as PMP highly valued.
• Fluency in English; comfortable working in a dynamic customer‑facing environment; ability to balance operational execution, customer trust‑building, and people leadership.
• Experience in a high‑performing, global, or world‑class organization a strong advantage.
