Job Overview
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the recruitment process for the Mexico region, ensuring that the company's hiring needs are fulfilled in a timely and efficient manner.
- Oversee the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and providing constructive feedback.
- Drive initiatives to strengthen and sustain the company's culture and values, ensuring their localization and implementation across the region.
- Work closely with department managers to understand their recruitment needs, providing professional advice and support throughout the hiring process.
- Track and analyze recruitment data to continuously improve and optimize recruitment strategies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in Mexico.
- Multi-lingual in English, Spanish and Chinese Mandarin is required.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
- Proficient in utilizing various recruitment channels and tools to effectively source and attract top talent.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and culture-building initiatives.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
