QUASH builds AI-powered credit intelligence and decisioning tools for credit unions and community banks across the US and Latin America. We're a lean fintech where one person can own the entire revenue engine.

The role

We're hiring a GTM Engineer: a technical operator who builds and runs the systems behind our go-to-market motion. Where a traditional sales or marketing hire executes inside existing processes, you build the processes — combining data, automation, and AI to do the work of a much larger revenue team. Some of our systems exist and need to be run and improved; some need to be built from scratch. You're comfortable in both modes.

What you'll own

Outbound systems — multi-channel campaigns end to end: list building, enrichment, segmentation, sequencing, deliverability. Repeatable systems, not one-off blasts.

Data & enrichment — turn raw industry data into clean, sales-ready lists using modern enrichment tooling (e.g., Clay or similar).

CRM operations — pipeline structure, workflows, data hygiene, and reporting leadership can trust.

AI workflow automation — use LLM tools daily to automate research, follow-up, personalization, and reporting across the stack.

Marketing & enablement — decks, one-pagers, landing pages, and playbooks, produced fast and to a professional standard.

What we're looking for

Hands-on experience with the modern GTM stack: a CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce), a sequencing platform, and an enrichment tool — you've built in them, not just used them.

Real AI fluency: you can point to workflows you've automated, not just prompts you've written.

Technical comfort: APIs, data wrangling, basic scripting. Integrations don't scare you.

Detail-obsessed: you catch duplicates, notice when numbers don't reconcile, and check your work before it ships.

Independent operator: you create structure where none exists and communicate proactively.

Fluent English and Spanish — written English must be polished and native-quality (our market is US-based).

Nice to have: fintech/lending or B2B SaaS experience; RevOps/growth ops background; early-stage startup experience.
