Local HR Partner - Country & People Operations
CH01 CHE Fresenius Medical Care (Schweiz) AG
Fresenius Medical Care Guadalajara plant seeks an HR Partnering Local HR professional to align People Strategy with local business needs. You will partner with local leadership and regional/global stakeholders to drive engagement, performance, and accountable HR delivery across markets.
You will implement CoE-driven HR initiatives, ensure policy compliance with local labor laws, and support talent retention and development per country guidelines.
