We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with strong experience in the insurance sector to lead the definition and delivery of digital and operational solutions.

Senior Business Analyst – Insurance

Responsibilities

• Define, prioritize, and deliver insurance products/solutions aligned with business strategy and customer experience
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog based on business value and impact
• Build and communicate product vision and roadmap
• Work under Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban), leading key ceremonies
• Gather, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements
• Translate business needs into clear user stories using AI-driven tools
• Model processes (AS-IS / TO-BE) and identify improvement opportunities
• Collaborate with stakeholders across business, tech, legal, and external partners
• Act as the main liaison between business and technical teams
• Ensure high-quality deliverables aligned with KPIs and business goals
• Drive data-based decision making and continuous optimization

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Actuarial Science, Systems, or related
• +5 years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Strong experience in insurance sector
• Solid understanding of the insurance policy lifecycle (underwriting, pricing, issuance, billing, claims)
• Experience with AI tools and core insurance system integrations
• Advanced conversational English (mandatory)
