Mission:
As PRODUCT ENGINEER you will manage technical product information and implement engineering changes to the company's manufactured products. Analyze information provided by the client and generate a strategy for effective, timely implementation of the change without additional costs.
Responsibilities:
Analysis of product information to provide it to the multidisciplinary teamManagement of engineering changes to the productManagement of technical information (Drawings [GD&Ts], CAD files for product and molds, specifications, and standards)Direct contact with the clientRoot cause analysisDefinition of rework, definition of specificationsSpecial tests requested by corporate and/or clientTimely monitoring of NCs (Indicator)Problem resolution using the SP-Post-it red table methodologyLPA auditsProduct audits (improvement)
What we are looking for:
A degree in Engineering.Minimum 3 years of experience in similar positions in industrial sector.English: conversational level.Availability to travel.Necessary knowledge in:-Manufacturing Processes-Core Tools (PPAP/FMEA-DF/APQP/SPC)-Molds and Tooling-Materials (Raw Materials)-Change Management Process-Information ManagementAbility to communicate effectively with various departments.Ability to identify strategic opportunities and develop initiatives that generate a positive impact on the business.Ability to analyze data and turn it into useful information for decision-making.The ability to adapt to an ever-changing business environment and embrace new technologies and approaches.
