Responsibilities

Guest Experience Experts take the initiative to deliver a wide range of services that guide guests through their entire stay. They are empowered to move through the property, process operational needs, address guest requests, complete reports, and share highlights of the local area.

Key duties include:

• Creating a safe workplace and following company policies and procedures.
• Maintaining confidentiality and protecting company assets.
• Upholding quality standards and ensuring uniform, personal appearance and professional communications.
• Being on their feet, standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods.
• Performing hands‑on tasks such as moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing 10 pounds or less without assistance.
• Completing other reasonable job duties as requested to deliver a memorable experience for guests and the business.

Preferred Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Related Work Experience: None required.
• Supervisory Experience: None required.
• License or Certification: None.
