Manufacturing Engineer
TACNA Services
Responsibilities: Provide daily manufacturing support on the production floor by troubleshooting process, quality, and equipment issues. Develop and maintain work instructions, SOPs, control plans, and process documentation. Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, quality, and efficiency while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. 2–5 years of experience in manufacturing or industrial engineering (internships may be considered). Conversational English (spoken and written) to communicate with international teams. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles is preferred. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
