As a Customer Service Representative , you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing product and service information, resolving issues, and delivering excellent customer support in both English and Spanish. You will maintain accurate customer records, updates account information, escalates complex cases as needed, and assists customers via phone, email, and chat to ensure a positive customer experience and satisfaction.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Fluency in both English and Spanish
• At least 6 months of call center support experience handling phone or email inquiries, complaint resolution, or account updates
• General computer literacy

• Monthly salary of 9,606.4-12,800 MXN
