Supervisor 2, Engineering (Mexicali)

Skyworks is an innovator of high performance analog semiconductors whose solutions are powering the wireless networking revolution. This role is part of the Filter F/A activities group, responsible for analyzing failures, providing coaching, and maintaining F/A equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead Filter F/A activities and manage related package F/A requests.
• Coach and train team members; perform failure analysis when required.
• Maintain F/A machines and ensure 24x7 operational readiness.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of failure analysis experience.
• Deep knowledge of RF bench testing and circuit analysis.
• Hands‑on experience with 2D/3D X‑rays, curve tracer, Network Analyzer, emission microscopy, thermal emission, die delayering, plasma & chemical decap, cross‑sectional, ion milling, SEM/EDX, and circuit diagram analysis.
• Filter F/A knowledge and hands‑on experience.
• Good English communication skills.
