Site Customer Quality Assurance Engineer (San Luis Potosí)

We are looking for a talented Site Customer Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team specializing in Quality for our CUMMINS in San Luis Potosí, S.L.P.

Key Responsibilities

• Before in service issues
• Act as a contact to the customer site level
• Leads OEM customer issues and follow up through 7 steps, 8Ds and/or supplier corrective action requests, nonconforming material reports.
• Leads containment activities at OEM facility.
• Field issues
• Analyze warranty issues for new products.
• Liaison between plant and service support team.
• Leads through 7 steps, 8Ds and/or supplier corrective action requests for field issues escalated by service support team.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Engineering Bachelor Degree
• Advanced English Level
• Experience Requirements
• OEM customer contact
• Advanced English communication
• Problem solving methodologies (8Ds, 7 steps, 5Whys, FTA)
• IATF 16949
• Core Tools (FMEA, CP, MSA, SPC, APQP)
• Experience Preferences
• Green belt certification
• Visa and passport preferred, but not required
