Buscamos Ingeniero de Bases de Datos / DBA con experiencia sólida en SQL Server Enterprise, Databricks, Big Data, Python, SQL y Azure , para participar en la administración de ambientes críticos, optimización de bases de datos, implementación de pipelines de datos y proyectos de migración hacia la nube.
¿Qué buscamos?
• +5 a 8 años de experiencia en administración de bases de datos
• Experiencia comprobable con SQL Server Enterprise
• +2 a 3 años de experiencia en Big Data / Databricks
• Ingeniería en Sistemas, TI o afín
Conocimientos técnicos
• Administración avanzada de SQL Server 2012 – 2022
• Alta disponibilidad: Always On, Failover Clustering, Replicación
• Performance tuning: query optimization, indexing, execution plans
• Backup & Recovery, PITR y automatización de respaldos
• Troubleshooting: blocking, deadlocks, waits analysis
• Desarrollo en Apache Spark , PySpark, SQL o Scala
• Manejo de Delta Lake y arquitectura Medallion
• Pipelines ETL/ELT e integración con Azure Data Factory / Synapse
• Modelado de datos OLTP, OLAP, Star/Snowflake schema
• Migraciones On-prem → Cloud
• Azure SQL, Azure Data Lake y Azure Databricks
• Deseable: AWS S3 + Databricks e IaC básico
