Bilingual Customer Support Agent — Spanish/English, 24/7 Shifts

Link-Worldwide in Mexico is looking for a dedicated customer support agent. This role involves resolving customer queries within strict SLAs and documenting these interactions accurately in CRM systems. Ideal candidates will have strong problem-solving skills and proficiency in both Mexican Spanish and B2/B1 English.
The position requires a customer-focused individual ready to work in rotational shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
