Fitch Group is currently seeking a Sourcing and Workflow Associate based out of our Monterrey office. Fitch Group is a global leader in financial information services with operations in more than 30 countries. Wholly owned by the Hearst Corporation, we are comprised of three main businesses: Fitch Ratings | Fitch Solutions | Fitch Learning. The Sourcing and Workflow Associate will be part of our Data Operations team responsible for the collection of all fundamental data needed across Fitch Group. The role will report to the Senior Sourcing & Workflow Associate.

We’ll Count on You To

• Manage the collection of financial statements across all sectors and ensuring adherence to turnaround times stipulated in our SLA’s.
• Work closely with Outsource Partners, providing process guidance and resolving queries.
• Validation of sourced financial statements through the complete workflow cycle.
• Support high volumes of requests and queries from internal and external users ensuring resolution in a professional, timely and efficient manner.
• Run data quality checks across sectors.
• Respond effectively to changes in processes and requirements.
