Americas Payroll Lead — Hybrid, Global Standards & Strategy
PSC Industries
FLSmidth is seeking a Payroll Lead for the Americas region to align payroll operations with global standards and manage relationships with external vendors. The role supports standardization initiatives and advisory for the payroll function.
This individual contributor position will handle operational payroll activities across selected locations in the region, collaborating with HR, Finance, and business owners to ensure accurate and timely payments while enhancing the employee experience.
