As Fleet Transactions Manager , you will be responsible for negotiating all contracts related to the company's fleet, including aircraft, engines, and associated components. You will also provide comprehensive legal and commercial support for the implementation of these agreements, conduct risk assessments, and collaborate cross-functionally to develop and execute strategic fleet initiatives.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, or a related field
• More than 10 years of professional experience, including at least 7 years in fleet transactions (aircraft acquisition, leasing, returns, financing, etc.) and/or asset-backed financing
• Proven experience negotiating and managing complex commercial contracts
• Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written), C1 level or above
• Availability to work on-site in Santa Fe, Mexico City
• Availability for domestic and international travel

Key Responsibilities

• Secure financing for aircraft and engines, including negotiating agreements with aircraft and engine manufacturers
• Manage aircraft and engine purchase and lease agreements throughout their lifecycle.
• Lead the negotiation and execution of contracts with maintenance providers for aircraft, engines, APUs, and other related services
• Build and maintain strong relationships with aircraft lessors and other key industry stakeholders
• Structure and negotiate fleet-related agreements, incentives, and commercial benefits that support the company's strategic objectives
