Position：Senior HR Specialist

Working Location: Mexico

Job Responsibilities:

1. Assist in formulating and adjusting the annual recruitment plans per business needs;
2. Responsible for the developing and maintaining of the recruitment channels, updates of the recruitment websites, job advertisement writing and posting, etc. to ensure the channels can secure the supply of talents;
3. Conduct full-cycle recruitment, including but not limited to CV screening, interview arrangement and participation, background check, salary negotiation, offer issuance, etc.;
4. Responsible for the application, review, control, reimbursement and reporting of the recruitment costs;
5. Responsible for activating and following up of recruitment related process as required;
6. Participate in recruitment events, conferences and job fairs as needed;
7. Make and submit report to HQ in China weekly or monthly;
8. Other tasks assigned by leaders or HQ.

Job Requirements/Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above; majored in human resources, management or English;
2. Minimum 3 (three) years recruitment experience;
3. Spanish is a must as working language, good oral or written English or Chinese;
4. Excellent writing skills, specializing in MS office software, especially Word, Excel and PPT;
5. Self-directed with high-level of initiative and strong work ethic;
6. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multi-task;
7. Enjoys working in a team-oriented, service-focused environment;
8. Demonstrate extreme attention to detail and accuracy;
9. Exceptional communications skills.
