En MoradaUno, buscamos a nuestro próximo Abogado Senior en Monterrey. Somos una empresa mexicana que está transformando el mundo de las rentas con data y tecnología. Nuestra misión es eliminar las fricciones del mercado (como el aval) y poner tecnología en las manos de los agentes inmobiliarios, ofreciendo soluciones de crédito y protección que garantizan una experiencia de Renta Perfecta.
¿Qué estarás haciendo?
Gestión Contractual y Cumplimiento Legal:
Analizar, validar y redactar contratos de arrendamiento bajo el marco jurídico de Nuevo León y estándares de MoradaUno. Traducir conceptos legales complejos a un lenguaje claro para propietarios, asesores e inquilinos.
Cierre, Firma y Experiencia del Cliente:
Liderar firmas de contratos (presencial/remoto) y actuar como mediador técnico para resolver dudas o discrepancias jurídicas durante la negociación. Supervisar entregas, recepciones y terminaciones de contrato.
Apertura de Plaza y Excelencia Operativa:
Establecer y documentar el proceso legal local de Monterrey (criterios normativos estatales, red de notarías, particularidades del mercado) y colaborar en proyectos de mejora continua. Ser el punto de contacto legal de referencia en la ciudad.
Operación y Sistemas:
Administrar tu fila diaria en Admin/Pipefy cumpliendo con los SLAs de atención y manteniendo la trazabilidad operativa.
¿Qué buscamos?
Licenciatura en Derecho terminada (con cédula profesional) y más de 4 años de experiencia. Dominio en sector inmobiliario/arrendamiento, derecho civil y contratos mercantiles. Gran autonomía, criterio operativo y capacidad de negociación para liderar la plaza sin equipo local. Manejo de Google Drive, herramientas de colaboración digital y uso de IA como apoyo operativo. Inglés intermedio - avanzado.
