Job Summary

To ensure that all nonproduction items are procured as needed.

Required Education and Experience.

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Business, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3–7 years of procurement experience, ideally in indirect categories
• Experience in multi‑site or regional procurement preferred
• Other relevant experience as deemed appropriate by the Company may be substituted for the requirements set out above.

Essential Functions

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for indirect spend categories across the region.
• Conduct market analysis to identify cost‑saving opportunities and supplier innovations.
• Lead RFQs, RFPs, and competitive bidding processes.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and long‑term agreements with suppliers.
• Monitor supplier performance using KPIs such as cost, quality, delivery, and service
• Resolve supplier issues and elevate risks when necessary. o Support supplier consolidation and standardization initiatives.
• Ensure procurement strategies align with regional and global objectives.
• Support internal stakeholders with purchasing guidance and compliance. o Support urgent plant requirements, unplanned downtime events, and critical maintenance activities.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and audit requirements.
• Support digital procurement tools and process automation
• Contract & Risk Management o Draft, review, and manage supplier contracts.
• Ensure adherence to legal, ethical, and sustainability standards.
