You'll join a small Product team working with startup speed while leveraging the scale of an established platform. You'll collaborate directly with the VP of Product, the CPTO, and design partner customers across multiple industries.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with Python.
• Experience integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) into production systems.
• Experience developing AI agents, agentic workflows, or multi-step AI systems.
• Experience with LLM providers such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or open-source models.
• Knowledge of Prompt Engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), LLM evaluations, embeddings, vector search, structured outputs, and function/tool calling.
• Experience designing APIs, microservices, or distributed systems.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, or production infrastructure.
• Experience building or supporting data, inference, evaluation, or observability pipelines for AI systems.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Temporal or similar workflow orchestration platforms.
• Experience migrating between LLM providers.
• Experience building evaluation frameworks and observability for AI applications.
• Experience developing AI-native products in regulated industries such as healthcare, financial services, or hiring.
• Contributions to open source projects or technical publications related to AI or machine learning.

• Made the "rewrite vs. keep" call on someone else's in-flight codebase — and were right about it.
• Cleared a regulated procurement gate in production — security review, bias audit, compliance certification, or equivalent.
• Full-stack capable. You move comfortably across backend, frontend, and infra; you know when to specialize and when to glue things together.
