What are your contributions to the team?

• You will support HRBP
• You will follow up on assigned client requirements.
• You will develop events and work sessions.
• You will follow up on a customer engagement plan.
• You will collaborate with focus group sessions.
• You will generate designs for communication/notices/reminders
• You will run team diagnostics
• You will carry out 360° Evaluations
• You will generate presentations.
• You will execute Voluntary Resignations Process

How to thrive in this role? Skills, knowledge & experience:

• You are currently studying a bachelor degree in Psychology, Organizational psychology, Administration or similar.
• You are interested in developing in the area of Human Resources
• You have an advanced proficiency level of English
• You have knowledge in office software
• You have schedule availability
• You have the following Competencies: confidentiality, emotional intelligence, follow-up and attention to detail, flexibility.
