Your Role: Campaign Manager/ Influencer Specialist

As a Campaign Manager and Influencer Specialist at Fabulate, you will be a crucial part of our mission to create authentic connections between brands and content creators. Your passion for social media platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, as well as your admiration for creators such as Milligram, The Inspired Unemployed + UGC creators, will drive your success in crafting compelling campaigns that resonate with our valued clients. Your creative prowess and unwavering dedication to delivering top-tier campaigns will set you apart.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with agencies, clients and brands to understand their content needs and objectives.
• Project manage large scale influencer campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Be a tech wizz - Fabulate proprietary technology streamlines influencer marketing. You will need to be an expert in our technology.
• Identify and engage with content creators and influencers who align with client goals.
• Negotiate and contract influencers to work on campaigns for clients
• Utilise Fabulate's proprietary analytics tools to monitor and assess content performance, making data-driven adjustments as needed.
• Cultivate strong relationships with content creators, influencers, and clients to ensure seamless campaign execution.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and platform developments to inform campaign strategies.

The Ideal Candidate

• Proven Experience : marketing, business or media university degree and/or real world social media management experience.
• Exceptional Relationship Skills : Adept at building trust, navigating client challenges, and fostering long-term partnerships.
• Project Management: The ability to manage multiple projects at once.
• Analytical Mindset : Comfort with data and performance metrics to inform decisions and tell a compelling story to clients.
• Adaptability : Thrives in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment, with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a collaborative team.
