Opening: Pastry Sous Chef — Lead Creative Kitchen

Mama Shelter Mexico City is opening a new pastry kitchen and seeks a Pastry Sous Chef to lead the launch and daily operations. You will drive creative dessert and pastry concepts aligned with the hotel’s concept and seasonal offerings.

You will mentor the pastry team, ensure top quality and food safety, manage inventory and costs, and collaborate with culinary, restaurant, banquet, and bar teams to create memorable guest experiences during this exciting opening phase.
