Sr Manufacturing Finance Analyst

Role Overview

The Finance Business Partner will support sites in Alexandria, MN; Greenville, PA; and Ofallon, MO by developing financial plans, monitoring performance, and analyzing variances to forecast and plans.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Finance Business Partner for the specified sites.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly forecasts for each location, assessing risks and opportunities.
• Support the month‑end close process, including journal entries and variance analysis.
• Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and apply Lean tools to increase efficiency.
• Summarize and communicate plant financial performance to leadership.
• Drive cost reduction and productivity improvements in partnership with site leadership.
• Maintain a standard reporting package for management.
• Summarize key conclusions and recommend improvement opportunities.
• Develop and maintain standard costs across multiple ERPs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• Proficient English communication skills.
• 5+ years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis or manufacturing finance.
• Ability to communicate effectively with personnel at all organizational levels.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Tableau and OneStream XF or a similar financial reporting system.
• Experience with JD Edwards and/or Oracle is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills using US GAAP and International Accounting Standards (IAS).
• Flexible, organized, and able to work under time constraints.
