Salesforce Developer Expert

Overview
Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field. Over 6 years of experience in Salesforce development. Proven experience with Salesforce products, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud. Strong expertise in Apex, Async Apex, Triggers, SOQL, SOSL. Strong knowledge of Salesforce security, sharing model, performance optimization. Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform architecture and best practices. Ability to design scalable and secure Salesforce solutions. Excellent communication and collaboration with stakeholders and teams.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop Salesforce solutions using Apex, Triggers, SOQL, SOSL, LWC, Aura, Visualforce
- Lead end-to-end development ensuring quality, scalability, and compliance with best practices
- Architect scalable solutions aligned with business and sales strategy objectives
- Implement advanced automation using Flows and Process Builder
- Develop and manage integrations using REST and SOAP APIs
- Conduct code reviews and enforce development standards and best practices
- Manage deployments, CI/CD pipelines, and environment strategies
- Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and architects
- Provide technical mentorship and guidance to development teams
- Ensure security, performance, and maintainability of solutions
- Align technology solutions with business strategy and sales objectives
- Contribute to continuous improvement of Salesforce architecture and processes
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor\'s degree or Master\'s degree in Computer Science or related field
- Experience: Over 6 years of experience in Salesforce development
- Salesforce: Strong knowledge of Salesforce security, sharing model, performance optimization; platform architecture and best practices
- Salesforce products: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud
- Programming: Apex, Async Apex, Triggers, SOQL, SOSL; LWC, Aura, Visualforce
- Integration: REST and SOAP APIs
- Soft skills: Excellent communication and collaboration with stakeholders and teams
- Code quality: Lead code reviews and enforce development standards
- Technical leadership: Provide mentorship to development teams
- Security and performance: Ensure security and maintainability
