Commercial Data Analyst

Overview

As a Commercial Data Analyst , you will play a key role in turning commercial, operational, and performance data into clear insights that support strategic decision-making across our client portfolios.

You will work closely with Account Management, Finance, Data & Insights, Operations, Marketing, Product, and Service Delivery teams to consolidate and analyse data, develop reporting and dashboards, identify trends, and prepare insights and presentations for a range of stakeholders.

This is a highly analytical role, but we are not looking for someone who only enjoys working with numbers. You will need to be comfortable translating complex information into clear, meaningful insights and communicating your findings effectively to different audiences.

What you'll do

• Analyse commercial, financial, operational, and performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and insights.
• Build and maintain reporting, dashboards, and analytical tools that support business and account performance.
• Consolidate and validate data from multiple systems and sources, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Prepare performance reports, executive presentations, business reviews, and other stakeholder materials.
• Support forecasting, planning, and performance tracking through accurate and insightful analysis.
• Conduct ad hoc analysis and investigations to answer business questions and support decision-making.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes, data quality, and automation.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional and global teams to gather information and deliver high-quality analysis.
• Present data and insights clearly and confidently to different stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Data Analytics, Business, Finance, Economics, Operations, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail.
• Advanced English
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.
• Experience working with reporting, dashboards, data analysis, or business intelligence.
• Ability to work with large or complex datasets and translate findings into actionable insights.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain data clearly to non-technical audiences.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Planful, CRM platforms, or similar tools is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with stakeholders in a fast-paced, global environment.
