Human Resources Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior HR Business Partne r to support a large‑scale, high‑impact operation based in Puebla. This position serves as the strategic HR counterpart to senior leadership, including the Country Manager, the HR Director for Mexico, and executives across multiple sites and countries. The role is responsible for driving the talent, culture, and organizational agenda within a complex and dynamic environment

Key Responsibility

• Act as a strategic advis or to senior leaders (Country Manager, functional directors, and site leadership
• Design and execut e workforce planni ng, talent development, and retention strategies aligned with business
• Lea d organizational change initiativ es, restructures, and transformation project
• Overse e labor relatio ns, organizational climate, and compliance with local labor regulation
• Collaborate with HR leaders from other regions and countries o n global initiativ e
• Analyze HR metrics and translate insights int o actionable business recommendatio n
• Suppor t performance manageme nt, succession planning, and leadership development processes
• Partner wit h Centers of Excellen ce (Compensation, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development) to deliver integrated HR solutions

Experience Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Human Resources
• At least 4 years in an HRBP or Senior HR Generalist
• Background in multinational industrial or manufacturing environments (preferred: automotive, machinery, precision manufacturing
• Proven experience working with executive‑level stakeholder

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field
• Postgraduate studies or HR certifications (SHRM, HRCI, or similar) are a plus
• Advanced English (C1) — mandatory and assessed during the pro
