Position: Customer Service Representative

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Responsible for the Order to Invoice process, including order entry & maintenance, managing inbound customer order formats (Excel, PDF, fax, etc.), submitting SIMS Setup Requests (SSRQ) with value‑added, NCNR, and COP information, and setting up MyArrow accounts and PCPRCE2 maintenance for contract pricing.
  • Support the sales team with direct customer contact within planned demand and quality assurance processes, coordinating e‑Compass and forecast response reports with Infosys, providing escalation for expedited requests, completing bond requests from Inside Sales, and managing dropped part, new part, and item status change reports.
  • Handle branch service requests, RMA, initiate CAR and FQR analysis, submit customer surveys (NAFTA, ISO certifications, quality), and correct post‑delivery issues such as wrong carrier or packaging.
  • Assist Inside Sales with Quote to Order activities by loading SDT quotes under 50 line items, forwarding PDF quotes to Quote Center, monitoring PM views, updating quote extensions, ordering samples, and coordinating contract signature completion with legal.

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum of a 4‑year degree and 2 years of relevant experience or a high school graduate with comparable experience.
  • Developed knowledge and skills through formal training or significant work experience.
  • Ability to work within established procedures with moderate supervision.
  • Identify problems and relevant issues in straightforward situations, assess them with standard procedures, and make sound decisions.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Excel.

Work Arrangement

Hybrid: 3 days in office, 2 days remote.

Annual Salary

$17,658.33 – $20,000.00MXN monthly.
