Job Role: Customer Service Representative

Job location: Guadalajara

Job Mode: Onsite (work from office)

In this role you will:

You will serve as the first point of contact for customers, delivering timely, accurate, support across multiple channels. You will address customer inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure a positive experience by actively listening and understanding customer needs.

Key Skills Required:

• Proven Customer Support experience or experience as Client Service Representative

• Ability to appreciate the customers’ perspective showing empathy.

• Active listening to fully engage the customer with their concerns.

• Ability to multi-task ability to multi-task during customer interactions with multiple systems and resources.

• Understand policies and procedures and communicate them professionally to the customer.

• Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints/concerns

• Listen to customers’ concerns, maintain a positive attitude and calmly respond to customers’ complaints, issues and questions

• Resolve customers’ concerns and answer customers’ questions to your best ability

• Able to manage stressful situations in customer Service

Person Specification :

•Minimum High school Diploma

• Minimum 1 year of Customer Service Experience

• Advanced proficiency in English

• Available for full-time work
