HUMAN RESOURCES GENERALIST

Minimum 2 years in Human Resources Automotive Industry. Knowledge on Federal Labor Law, onboarding process, recruitment process, payroll process. Knowledge of safety and hygiene.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES:

• Assist the HR Coordinator with the Recruitment process, Staff selection and Hirings for Mexico and US.
• Assist HR Coordinator with the onboarding of new employees to the company policies, procedures, regulations, and additional benefits.
• Provide support for internal communication, organizational culture, and company initiatives for the best practices
• Support with Safety and Hygiene processes.
• Assist the HR Coordinator in coordinating company events.
• Support in the resolution of labor conflicts and maintain effective communication with employees.
• Provide high-quality advice and service to Management on daily employee relations and performance Management issues.
• Support with Travels coordination.

DESIRE PROFILE:

• BS Accounting, Business Administration. 
• Fluent English.
• Labor Relations.
• Knowledge of IMSS, INFONAVIT.
• Organizational Development knowledge.
• Excellent communication skills, including verbal, written and presentation skills.
• Contact management software (Lotus Note, ACT or similar).
