Bilingual Insurance Customer Support Specialist

Allstate Insurance Company in Tijuana is looking for a bilingual Customer Service Representative to manage customer inquiries and build relationships with policyholders. Responsibilities include answering calls, processing policy changes, and handling billing questions.
The ideal candidate should have a High School Diploma and preferably some call center and insurance experience. A focus on customer service and multitasking abilities are essential.
Compensation is up to $24,000 MXN monthly before taxes, along with various benefits including paid training and PTO.
