Debt Collection Analyst

Are you an experienced negotiator with a passion for international business? We're looking for a driven Debt Collection Specialist to join our team and manage cross-border B2B recovery cases.

IA Group is a leading Dutch firm with over 40 years of experience in claims investigation and recovery, supporting credit insurance companies worldwide through a network of 30 hubs across Europe, Africa, Latin America, the Middle East, and Asia.

About the Role:

You'll be on the front lines of international debt recovery — engaging with counterparties across borders, negotiating settlements, and driving resolution on complex commercial transactions. This is a dynamic, client-facing role that rewards persistence and initiative.

What You'll Do:

• Conduct meetings and site visits with importers.
• Negotiate settlements and repayment agreements.
• Investigate commercial disputes and non-payment cases.
• Obtain recognition of claims and support recovery efforts.
• Gather and analyze evidence related to disputes.
• Coordinate with customs authorities and shipping agencies.

What We're Looking For:

• Two years of relevant experience

• Degree in Law, International Commerce, or a related field

• Fluent in English

• Strong negotiation and communication skills

• Proactive mindset with a persistent, solution-oriented attitude

• Comfortable with travel for client meetings and case management
