Software Engineer

About the position

We are looking for a Software Engineer to join our team and contribute to the design, development, implementation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of large-scale proprietary software applications for internal use.

The ideal candidate is a proactive and analytical software developer with experience in Python and web development , strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively in English within a professional environment.

Main Responsibilities

• Analyze user needs, system requirements, and business processes to define technical solutions.
• Design, develop, maintain, test, implement, and debug software applications.
• Maintain source code for existing software products and participate in code reviews.
• Develop customized applications for internal company use.
• Identify root causes of software issues and implement appropriate solutions.
• Resolve issues through software configuration or code changes.
• Support software installations, upgrades, and updates.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation.
• Collaborate with users and internal teams to prototype, test, refine, and implement solutions.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies when applicable.

Requirements

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field .
• 1–3 years of software development experience.
• Python development experience.
• Experience with web development and front-end technologies.
• Experience with Django or similar web frameworks.
• Experience developing and consuming RESTful APIs .
• Experience with relational databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL .
• Knowledge of Linux and Windows Server environments .
• Experience with HTML/CSS and JavaScript technologies such as jQuery and AJAX .
• English level B1 or higher – indispensable , with the ability to communicate effectively in both written and spoken English in a professional environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent troubleshooting and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work both independently and as part of a team.
