• Proven success recruiting specialized talent across industries such as industrial construction, engineering, manufacturing, infrastructure, or related sectors.
• Strong expertise in direct sourcing, talent mapping, LinkedIn Recruiter, social media recruiting, and other proactive talent attraction strategies.
• Advanced English proficiency required.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.
