Se busca Coordinador de embarques en Delectric SA de CV.
Funciones
- Asignar las facturas al Chofer de acuerdo a su ruta.
- Supervisar que el material se embarque, traslade y entregue de forma adecuada.
- Entregar las facturas firmadas y selladas a Facturación.
- Elaborar la Orden de Compra de Fletes y archivarla en el expediente del embarque.
- Atender cualquier anomalía que le reporten sobre el funcionamiento del equipo de transporte.
- Coordinar el mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo del equipo de transporte, montacargas, patines o cualquier otro que se le designe. (Check list)
- Cotizar fletes de envío foráneos y recabar evidencias de recibido.
- Realizar reporte de Excel de control de embarques.
- Enviar correo electrónico de status de embarque.
- Recibir material que ingrese al alacén y dar entrada en el sistema
Requisitos
- Experiencia previa en coordinación de embarques.
- Conocimiento de sistemas logísticos y de gestión de inventarios.
- Capacidad para trabajar bajo presión y resolver problemas.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y negociación.
