Benefits

• Base Salary (Jr): $18 K - 22 K MXN Gross per month + additional benefits
• Base Salary (Level I): $25 K - 30 K MXN Gross per month + additional benefits
• Base Salary (Level II): $38 K - 42 K MXN Gross per month + additional benefits

About the Role

As an Application Analyst, you will provide frontline and advanced support for clinical and business applications, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and help drive system improvements within a healthcare environment.

You will work with key Epic modules such as: HBC (Hospital Billing), Cadence, Security, Ancillary systems, and Imaging.

Key Responsibilities (All Levels)

• Provide application support, resolve incidents, and fulfill service requests within SLAs
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain strong communication with stakeholders
• Maintain and update application and process documentation
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to resolve issues and enhance performance
• Support upgrades, enhancements, and system maintenance activities
• Gain a deep understanding of clinical and business workflows
• Ensure compliance with internal processes and healthcare standards
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Application Analyst I (Junior)

Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in IT, Healthcare IT, or Application Support
• Exposure to EHR/EMR systems (Epic preferred or similar platforms)
• Basic understanding of healthcare workflows (clinical or administrative)
• Strong analytical thinking and willingness to learn
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Key Focus

• Learning EHR systems and Epic modules (HBC, Cadence, Security, Ancillary, Imaging)
• Gaining certifications and following structured learning paths
• Supporting basic incidents and requests with guidance from senior team members

Application Analyst II (Mid-Level)

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Healthcare IT or Application Analyst roles
• Hands‑on experience with Epic (preferred) or other EHR/EMR systems
• Experience supporting modules such as HBC, Cadence, Security, Ancillary, Imaging
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently
• Experience working with vendors and leading issue resolution
• Exposure to upgrades, enhancements, or small projects
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Healthcare Informatics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of experience in Healthcare IT or Application Support
• Experience with ITIL processes (Incident, Request, Change Management)
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Key Responsibilities (Level II – Advanced)

• Respond to application incidents and requests within SLAs, ensuring high‑quality service delivery
• Own and manage application and documentation lifecycle processes
• Build and maintain strong vendor relationships for escalations and support
• Plan and execute application upgrades and security patching
• Participate in and lead small projects, coordinating timelines, stakeholders, and follow‑ups
• Develop strong knowledge of clinical and business workflows
• Contribute to architecture documentation, including system diagrams, integrations, and dependency mapping
• Support the full application lifecycle (implementation, optimization, decommissioning, archiving)
• Work independently, performing proper investigation before escalating issues
• Continuously pursue certifications and professional development
• Provide application support, resolve incidents, and fulfill service requests within SLAs
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain strong communication with stakeholders
• Maintain and update application and process documentation
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to resolve issues and enhance performance
• Support upgrades, enhancements, and system maintenance activities
