Key Responsibilities

• Migrate and refactor existing APIs from. NET Framework 4.0 to. NET 8
• Modernize and optimize backend services while ensuring system stability
• Work extensively with SQL Server, including query optimization and stored procedures
• Maintain and enhance existing systems hosted in on-premise data centers (no cloud involvement)
• Collaborate on code management and version control using Git Lab
• Ensure code quality, performance, and reliability across all implementations

Required Qualifications

• 5–6+ years of backend development experience
• Strong hands‑on experience migrating APIs from. NET Framework (4.0) to. NET 8
• Advanced SQL Server expertise (query tuning, relational design, stored procedures)
• Solid experience working with Git Lab for version control and code validation
• Strong understanding of backend architecture and performance optimization
• Experience working in on‑premise/data center environments (no cloud platforms)
• Advanced English and Spanish proficiency (mandatory)

Important Notes

This role does not involve cloud technologies (no Azure or AWS). All systems and infrastructure are managed within a data center environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience in banking or financial services environments
• Familiarity with legacy system modernization projects
