Warehouse Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise warehouse staff and daily activities, managing, evaluating, and reporting on warehouse productivity.
• Track and coordinate receipt, storage, and timely delivery of goods and materials.
• Maintain suitable inventory levels.
• Work with the EHS department to achieve safety goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, or related field.
• 3-5 years’ experience in receiving and shipping warehouse management.
• SAP knowledge (Required).
• Ability to motivate teams to meet daily goals.
• Knowledge of KPIs.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and logistics coordination.
• English 50% proficiency.
• Ability to supervise and train new employees.
• Define and implement actions to reach 95% inventory accuracy.
• Ensure proper handling of material to prevent damage.
• Teamwork oriented across the organization.
• Promote and assure best safety practices to avoid incidents.
• Verbal and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and other computer applications.
• Able to work with or lead cross‑functional teams.
