What will you do?

• Lead end-to-end Executive Search projects.
• Advise clients on talent strategy, market trends, and compensation.
• Identify and assess top talent across Mexico, LATAM, and the U.S.
• Conduct competency-based interviews, psychometric assessments, and reference checks.
• Build strong relationships with clients and candidates while delivering an outstanding recruitment experience.
