Sr Analyst Fixed Assets and Inventory

Senior analyst position supporting fixed assets and inventory accounting operations at a global medical device company. Responsibilities include overseeing inventory governance, cycle counts, and physical inventories across locations, while managing fixed asset accounting activities and ensuring SOX compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cycle counts, physical inventories, and annual inventory verification across global locations
• Investigate and resolve inventory exceptions with root-cause analysis and remediation tracking
• Maintain centralized reporting on inventory control health, key metrics, and emerging risks
• Execute fixed asset accounting activities including capitalization, transfers, disposals, and master data maintenance
• Support internal audit, external audit, and SOX compliance requests and documentation

Requirements

• 3+ years accounting, inventory accounting, or operations accounting experience
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong fundamental accounting knowledge and attention to detail
• English fluency at 80% or higher
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
