SAP Delivery Lead (Hands-on Basis & Cloud ALM Operations)

Estamos en búsqueda de un SAP Delivery Lead con sólida experiencia en operación SAP Basis y conocimientos en SAP Cloud ALM, responsable de liderar la operación diaria, asegurar la continuidad del servicio y fungir como principal punto técnico de contacto con el cliente. El candidato ideal combina liderazgo, comunicación y experiencia técnica hands-on en ambientes productivos SAP. Liderar y coordinar la operación diaria de SAP Basis Asegurar la continuidad del servicio y cumplimiento de SLAs Gestionar incidentes críticos y escalaciones Dar seguimiento a tickets, monitoreo y alertamiento Conducir juntas operativas con cliente Presentar KPIs, estatus, riesgos y planes de acción Coordinar equipos multidisciplinarios (SAP, infraestructura, etc.) Administrar monitoreo y observabilidad con SAP Cloud ALM Identificar riesgos operativos de forma proactiva Asegurar la calidad del servicio en ambientes productivos Requisitos 4 a 5 años de experiencia en SAP Basis (administración y soporte) Experiencia en operación SAP (run support / AMS) Experiencia en gestión de tickets, monitoreo e incidentes críticos Conocimiento en SAP Cloud ALM Experiencia trabajando con SLAs y gobernanza operativa Experiencia liderando o coordinando equipos técnicos Experiencia client-facing Deseable Experiencia práctica con SAP Cloud ALM (monitoreo y seguimiento) Conocimiento en herramientas de observabilidad SAP Experiencia presentando KPIs operativos Alcance del rol Operación SAP (run support) Monitoreo y observabilidad con SAP Cloud ALM Gestión operativa de ambientes SAP productivos (Actividades funcionales SAP están fuera de alcance)
