Publicis Sapient is looking for an innovative Full Stack AI/ML Engineer with expertise in Generative AI, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and modern web development . In this role, you will design and deliver end-to-end intelligent applications , integrating advanced AI systems into scalable, user-centric solutions that help our clients build what matters

Your Impact

• Design and implement AI/ML models, with a focus on:
  • NLP and transformer-based architectures
  • Integration of Large Language Models (LLMs) such as OpenAI, Claude, or open-source alternatives
  • Implementation of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines
• Conduct fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and model evaluation to optimize solutions
• Develop agentic AI workflows for autonomous task execution in enterprise use cases
• Ensure model performance, scalability, cost efficiency , and latency optimization for production systems
• Build and maintain end-to-end web applications :
  • Frontend: React.js or React Native
  • Backend: Node.js or Python
• Develop RESTful APIs and microservices to enable AI integration
• Architect and deploy scalable AI-driven systems on cloud platforms (AWS preferred)
• Implement high-quality coding standards , testing strategies, and CI/CD practices
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to design AI-powered features and user experiences
• Build and manage data pipelines for training and inference, including integration with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS)
• Handle diverse, structured, and unstructured datasets for RAG and advanced AI applications

Qualifications

Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in development.
• Proven experience with:
  • Generative AI and LLM ecosystems (OpenAI, Anthropic, open-source models)
  • NLP methods , including transformer architectures
  • Model fine-tuning, evaluation, and prompt engineering
• Strong backend development with Python (FastAPI) or Node.js , and hands-on work integrating AI services into applications
• Frontend development expertise with React.js or React Native
• Cloud experience (AWS strongly preferred), including solutions involving AI/ML services, orchestration, and deployment
• Knowledge of MLOps , CI/CD, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Experience with data engineering pipelines for ML workflows, handling structured and unstructured data sources
• Exposure to vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, or equivalent) for AI applications
• Familiarity with LangChain, LangSmith , or similar frameworks for RAG and AI application development
• Demonstrated ability to translate business problems into AI-driven solutions with production-grade architecture
