ANALISTA DE DATOS
Únete a nuestro equipo como Analista de Producción y participa en el seguimiento de indicadores y análisis que contribuyen a la eficiencia de nuestros procesos de manufactura.
Requisitos
- Licenciatura o Ingeniería, preferentemente Ingeniería Industrial o afín .
- Experiencia de 0 a 2 años ; también consideramos perfiles recién egresados con conocimientos técnicos.
- Excel avanzado y automatización . (IMPORTANTE)
- Conocimientos en herramientas de Business Intelligence (BI) .
- Deseable conocimiento en lenguaje de programación.
- Estadística industrial y análisis de datos.
- Conocimientos de manufactura esbelta.
- Manejo e interpretación de KPIs .
- Conocimientos en gestión de la cadena de suministro.
- Habilidad para la resolución de problemas.
- Comunicación efectiva y trabajo en equipo.
- Inglés básico.
Principales actividades
- Cálculo y seguimiento del OEE .
- Diseño y actualización de dashboards para el seguimiento de indicadores.
- Análisis y control de KPIs de producción .
- Análisis de mermas y detección de cuellos de botella.
- Generación y análisis de información para iniciativas de manufactura esbelta .
- Análisis de tiempos muertos y apoyo en estrategias de mantenimiento predictivo.
- Control estadístico de calidad.
- Auditoría y validación de información en sistemas.
Ofrecemos
- Sueldo base: $11,000 brutos mensuales.
- Bono KPI de hasta $4,000 por cumplimiento de indicadores.
- $1,420 mensuales en vales de despensa.
- Pago semanal.
- Prestaciones de ley.
- Contratación directa y por tiempo indeterminado.
Zona y horario
Lugar de trabajo: Parque Industrial Siglo XXI, Santa cruz de las Flores.
Modalidad: Presencial
Horario: Lunes a viernes de 6:00 a.m. a 3:45 p.m.
