Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of Sourcing or related work experience.
• Associate's degree and 7+ years of Sourcing or related work experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent and 9+ years of Sourcing or related work experience.
• Completed advanced degrees in a relevant field may be substituted for up to two years (Master’s = one year, Doctorate = two years) of work experience.

Responsibilities

• Align RFQ submissions with long-term sourcing strategies for semiconductor assembly, bump, substrates, and passive components.
• Lead end-to-end RFQ/RFI/RFP processes, including supplier engagement, deep dive quote analysis to assess competitiveness, consistency, and cost drivers across all RFQ submissions.
• Manage supplier relationships and drive performance improvements in areas of technology alignment, cost, quality, and capacity.
• Partner with package engineering, program management, and NPI teams to influence design and optimize total cost of ownership (TCO).
• Drive cost-reduction initiatives and supplier negotiations.
• Perform industry benchmarking and competitive analysis to build strategic supplier relationships.
• Perform detailed cost analysis, and should-cost modeling to support sourcing decisions.
• Develop tools (Excel / Scripts / Macros) to automate data extraction from the database and standardize calculations.
• Ensure RFQ quote analysis is performed using validated data sources by leveraging expertise in enterprise systems such as Oracle.
