Lidera la transformación de la excelencia en ingeniería.

Buscamos un(a) Head of Engineering Excellence que impulse la evolución de las prácticas de ingeniería dentro de una organización en constante transformación digital. Serás responsable de definir la estrategia que garantice soluciones tecnológicas seguras, escalables y de alta calidad, promoviendo una cultura de innovación, automatización y mejora continua.

¿Cuál será tu reto?

Definir la estrategia de Engineering Excellence , estableciendo estándares, gobierno y mejores prácticas para el ciclo de desarrollo de software.
Liderar iniciativas de Quality Engineering, DevSecOps, CI/CD, Release Management y Production Support para fortalecer la calidad y confiabilidad de las soluciones.
Impulsar la automatización y la mejora continua para acelerar la entrega de productos digitales sin comprometer la seguridad ni la estabilidad operativa.
Colaborar con líderes de Producto, Arquitectura, Infraestructura y Ciberseguridad para asegurar decisiones tecnológicas alineadas con la estrategia del negocio.
Desarrollar equipos de alto desempeño y promover una cultura enfocada en la excelencia técnica, la colaboración y la innovación.

Lo que buscamos

Licenciatura en Ingeniería en Sistemas, Ciencias de la Computación, Tecnologías de la Información o afín.
Experiencia liderando áreas de Engineering Excellence, Software Engineering, DevSecOps o Transformación Tecnológica .
Conocimiento sólido en Quality Engineering, CI/CD, DevSecOps, Release Management, Production Support y gobierno de ingeniería .
Experiencia definiendo indicadores de desempeño (KPIs), impulsando automatización y fortaleciendo la confiabilidad de plataformas tecnológicas.
Inglés avanzado y habilidades para liderar equipos multidisciplinarios e influir en la toma de decisiones estratégicas.

Será un plus si cuentas con...

Experiencia liderando iniciativas de transformación tecnológica a nivel organizacional.
Conocimiento en arquitecturas cloud, automatización y resiliencia operativa.
Experiencia administrando presupuestos, proveedores tecnológicos y proyectos de alto impacto.
