Sales Operations Associate Manager

Arrow Electronics is looking for a Customer Sales Specialist to join our team in Guadalajara.

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall account relationship and the day-to-day sales activities by providing service and support to assigned customer base.
• Work with internal and external resources, facilitating the work of others in quoting, fulfilling demand, and troubleshooting other customer requirements.
• Own the overall Quote to Order processes and order preparation for specified customers, coordinate resources and processing of quotations, and work with management to set pricing.
• Collaborate with supplier contacts and internal departments to solve pre‑sales and post‑sales problems, and provide proactive notification to customers of changes to delivery status.
• Liaison between sales team and other stakeholders.
• Ensure returns, invoicing, credit, shipping issues, etc. are resolved in a timely fashion.
• Provide ongoing sales support activities for the Order to Invoice process.
• Own and maintain Perfect Order Index (POI) and inventory integrity to minimize write‑offs and bill‑backs.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a 4‑year degree and 2‑4 years of experience in customer service, sales, buying, planning, or procurement.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• ERP experience such as Oracle, SAP or similar.
• Proven track record of a strong work ethic, professional behavior, and customer service.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be fluent in English.

Work Arrangement

Hybrid: 3 days in office / 2 days work from home.
